Senior Product Manager, Marketing Operations (AIN)

Role summary
As an offshore member of the US brand team, the Senior Product Manager will partner with commercial brand leadership to operationalize brand strategy through AIN-delivered marketing operations, content and analytics capabilities. Serve as the product-facing lead who enables brand priorities to be executed at scale using analytics and automation to simplify operations, accelerate decisions and generate measurable value.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary AIN partner to brand leadership, translating strategic brand priorities (positioning, customer journeys, GTM plans) into execution-ready initiatives and capability requests.
Collaborate with commercial teams, AIN delivery pods, analytics, compliance and vendors to sequence work, set priorities and deliver against brand outcomes.
Enable strategic brand execution by championing analytics and automation solutions (modular/GenAI content, workflow automation, production analytics) that reduce manual effort and improve time-to-insight.
Promote adoption of automation and standardized approaches to simplify operations and increase reuse (AEM/DAM, Workfront, SFMC)
Translate brand outcomes into measurable KPIs/SLAs and recommend operational changes and adoption plans based on results.
Define and facilitate clear RACI, handoffs and knowledge transfer between onshore brand teams and AIN delivery to drive alignment with onshore strategic ownership.
Mentor and lead a small product team and represent product in cross-functional decision forums.
Required qualifications
BA/BS; advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
7+ years product management for US brands, including marketing operations or product owner experience with proven cross-functional partnering and leadership.
Practical familiarity with enterprise marketing platforms and analytics capabilities (e.g., AEM/DAM, Workfront, SFMC/Veeva or equivalents).
Experience applying analytics and automation (AI/ML or GenAI exposure preferred) to simplify marketing operations and drive measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering with centralized/offshore delivery teams and managing vendor relationships.
Preferred
Pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial marketing experience; familiarity with MLR/compliance. Experience with marketing activities for US brands.
