Job Description Summary-Explore, develop, implement and evaluate Digital innovation solutions that address customer needs. Co-create with key stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations.-Leads the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels, including print and digital media. Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI's.-Works in collaboration with brand teams, technical teams and all functions to maximize value.-Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team through delivery of proven analytics based projects. -Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers
Key Accountabilities: Strategic Leadership & GovernanceDefine and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, quality rules, and validation logic.Champion the Shift-Left Strategy by engaging source teams and market data owners early to embed governance and quality practices upstream, reducing rework and accelerating insights.Operational ExcellenceStrong understanding of metadata & stewardship, DQ, MDM platformsHands on with tools such as Collibra, Ataccama (DQ profiling & automation), or Reltio is a plus.Collaborate with data stewards and enterprise data owners to uphold metadata, lineage, and compliance standards.Innovation & AutomationInitiate and deliver automation projects to optimize data lifecycle processes and reduce manual overhead.Foster innovation to address operational gaps and improve efficiency.Stakeholder Engagement & InfluenceAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, promoting data-driven decision-making and co-creation of data products that deliver commercial impact.Build strong partnerships across markets, source systems, and governance teams to ensure alignment and adoption. Essential Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree computer science, Information Systems, or related field.Experience: 6+ years in data governance, data quality, or data management roles. Strong understanding of metadata & stewardship, DQ, MDM platforms. Strong understanding of any data assessment framework and data management maturity models.Skills: Strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Maturity & BenchmarkingSupport data maturity assessments to evaluate data management maturity, identify gaps, and track progress against benchmarks.Develop and execute improvement plans to strengthen data capabilities across domains.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Successful implementation of governance and quality frameworks across BSI.Improvement in data maturity scores and reduction in data-related rework.Adoption of automation initiatives and measurable efficiency gains.Positive stakeholder feedback and increased trust in data for decision-makingWhy Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
