JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a strategic, business-oriented, and results-driven Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing- Business Innovation Team.
In this pivotal role, in line with business strategy, you will develop, plan, and operate innovative business models, programs, and activities that empower business growth. You will explore emerging opportunities, design end-to-end innovation journeys, and orchestrate cross-functional execution to bring innovation offerings to market.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a pragmatic, business-focused approach to planning and execution, with innovative for exploring new frontiers in the vaccines/healthcare sector.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategic Planning
Based off Vaccines BU priorities and key brand strategies, support strategic planning and innovation programs/ models, and lead to design activities to address HCOs, key customers and consumer needs
Develop comprehensive end-to-end innovation journeys and service offerings
Operations & Change Management
Deploy and implement programs, design innovative programs briefing materials, deployment/ collaboration mechanisms, SOPs, etc. to drive excellent execution and landing
Engage closely with field teams through briefing sessions, field management meetings and regular touchpoints to drive effective onboarding and deployment of innovation programs
Track program performance against KPIs and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
Own project management, budget mgmt. within agreed limits
Provide regular progress reports to leadership and field teams, incorporating feedback and iterating for continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with Marketing Brand Teams, Marketing Consumer team, field teams, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Medical, and other internal functions and stakeholders
Vendor management
Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and ecosystem players
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor Degree and above
Experience & knowledge:
At least 2+ years of experience in vaccines/ pharmaceuticals in innovation related functions with proven track record (e.g. omnichannel/ digital projects, healthcare insurance, etc.)
Management consulting background or internal strategic planning experience strongly preferred
Core competencies:
Strategic Thinking: Exceptional strategic planning, user journey, campaign design skills; consulting background preferred
Collaboration & Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to play a leading role to influence and work effectively across all organizational levels
Results-Driven: Business-oriented approach that aligns with BU strategic vision with practical, actionable implementation Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Fluent in both English and Mandarin
