About this opportunity
Own portfolio or big strategic brand strategy to maximize the franchises business to achieve earnings and revenues objectives . Define and Drive the portfolio or big strategic Brand Strategy, drive the growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and Opex, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in China . Interface with medical, GAMA and other functions as supporter.
Assist the Marketing Lead to build marketing capabilities of the product management team to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of the business.
Responsibilities
Execution of brand tactitcs
Translate brand strategies to POA for responsible brand as supporter;
Execute brand tactics, manage projects independently in terms of managing budget, setting KPI, tracking progress and resolving issues;
Develop brand promotional materials and training
Develop brand DA, promotional slides, publication if needed and internal traing materials;
Train Field Force on product strategy and POA;
Support to develop brand plan & management & cross-functional leadership
Analyze market trend, competitors situation to support developing brand strategy;
Explore customer insight and brand value proposition to support developing brand strategy;
Track progress towards brand target timely;
Support cross-functional brand leadership – across Field Force, Account mgmt, medical, legal, regulatory, etc
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Flawless execution in marketing activities and manage project independently;
Develop brand promotional materials and internal training materials;
Sales training;
Actively participate campaign development;
Shared Accountability
BP & Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations;
Develop marketing mix & POA;
Interface with cross-functional team;

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Medical or Medicine
Good command of oral & written English
5-8 years marketing experience with above 12 months SBM experience
