Through your contribution, you will play a significant role in ensuring that our products reach patients safely and reliably.

Your area of responsibility:Teamwork & Communication – You actively support colleagues, share your knowledge, and ensure transparent communication of goals and performance metrics.Laboratory Operations & Quality Assurance – You support laboratory analysts in their day-to-day work, ensure smooth operations, and review QC analyses for accuracy and completeness.Leadership & Development – You promote the personal and professional development of your colleagues through targeted guidance, training, and feedback.Quality Management & GxP Compliance – You support deviation investigations, participate in GxP audits and inspections, and ensure compliance with current quality requirements.Process Improvement & Innovation – You promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation within the team, and actively support OpEx projects.Responsibility & Escalation – You report potential risks to the quality system or product quality in accordance with the escalation guidelines of the Novartis Quality Manual.Requirements:Laboratory technician training and 3–5 years of experience in areas relevant to this position, or comparable education/training, such as a degree.Flexible, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt in a dynamic, regulated environment.Very good German skills and good English skills.High self-awareness and sense of responsibility in a collaborative team environment.In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development opportunities as well as worldwide career possibilities within the Novartis group.In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 59.781,96/year (on a full-time basis).
