Job Description
Main purpose of Job & Responsibility :
Majorly support brand team for marketing campaign operation and omnichannel strategy & execution through digital touch points.

Collaborate with JAPAC / Global team and take the leadership in Japan to launch the global customer experience base campaign framework.
Incl. developing campaign design process & toolkit.
Provide advice / consultation for commercial stakeholders on how to leverage marketing automation platforms & service such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, VEEVA Sales CRM, into the campaign planning process.
Coordinate between brand team (Oncology TA), agency, Global Service Center for omnichannel campaign execution.
Support brand team for contents tagging and KPI design & tracking for campaign performance measurement.

Develop digital channel strategy and align with global / local brand strategy.
Provide guidance / excellence on omni channel execution base on the research of industry trends or case study from other affiliates.

Facilitate workshop / meeting with commercial stakeholders (local and global) for business discussion / training.
Manage project and service delivered by external biz partners / vendors and Global Service Center support team.
Budget control incl. team’s OPEX forecasting & execution.
Desired Skills
Strong leadership, collaborating, and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and results in a highly matrixed environment.
Good capability and high flexibility of dealing with uncertainty.
Solid understanding of (at least one of) the CRM / digital marketing platform (for example, Veeva, SFMC, CMS, etc,.)
Has knowledge of omnichannel campaign journey design & operation (incl. tracking and performance evaluation).
Good at documentation/presentation, experience facilitating conversations and driving decisions between cross-function organization.
Strong consultative problem-solving skills.
Able to manage and take the ownership of multiple tasks independently.
Language: Japanese (native level) & English fluency, both oral and written communications are required
Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing/SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) for minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical company in Japan
Basic knowledge or certification of digital service (incl. marketing platform automation, data flow, service integration with 3rd party vendor)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree of university , Better to have Master / Certification of Business Administration
