Successfully lead Tagrisso business via building Lung cancer market with differentiated launch excellence
Collaborate with the cross functional teams for maximizing brand opportunities
Manage Tagrisso life cycle beyond the Lung cancer indications
Typical Accountabilities
Develop Tagrisso brand plan and seamlessly execute the planned actions in a timely manner collaborating with the cross functional teams
Strategically communicate with the external key stakeholders and collaborate with business partners based on high passion & winning spirit
Track business performance regularly working with related functions to achieve the brand goal
Skills
Define business opportunities through deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape. Define key questions, hypothesis and deploy latest research skills to deepen understanding of patients, HCPs and payers.
Prioritize, optimize, and identify strategy of key accounts and customers, defining sequence of tactics and measuring engagement, leading cross functionally, leveraging influence
Define KPIs and track qualitative and quantitative data to measure customer interaction and results of marketing mix
Execute and track budgeting and forecasting
Design customer value proposition and drive articulation of the holistic value proposition across brand offerings
Ensure quality content generation and optimal deployment across channels considering internal and external compliance and key trends of the market environment
Understand market sequencing and access requirements for product launch
Cross functional collaboration with Medical, Sales, RA, and P&R to define joined up approach to customer engagement and share insights
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degrees and above
Language: Fluent English communication skills (speaking/writing)
Work Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of marketing experience is required.
At least 2 years of commercial experience is preferred.
Competencies
Effective decision-maker, result driven to overcome issues or conflict by keeping compliance.
Self confidence
Project and time management skills
