Job Summary

The Sr. Medical Content Strategist is responsible for developing high-quality medical content across priority therapeutic areas to support a wide range of scientific and business communication needs.

This role requires strong scientific acumen and exceptional medical content development capabilities, with the ability to transform complex disease knowledge, product information, and clinical evidence into clear, compelling, and impactful medical slide presentations and communication materials. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Business Units, Medical Affairs, Medical Review, Digital, and Compliance teams to advance content excellence, strengthen scientific communication effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Medical Content Development:Create high-quality medical slide presentations and scientific communication materials across priority therapeutic areas. Translate complex medical and clinical information into compelling, audience-centric scientific narratives and content solutions. Independently develop presentation frameworks, content architecture, scientific storylines, and key messages. Tailor content approaches to different customer and communication scenarios to maximize impact and engagement. Continuously elevate the scientific rigor, clarity, and effectiveness of medical content.

Content Excellence & Quality Management:Contribute to the development and enhancement of medical content standards, templates, and best practices. Ensure content accuracy, consistency, scientific integrity, and compliance throughout the content lifecycle. Partner with editors, reviewers, and external contributors to maintain high-quality deliverables. Generate insights from content performance and project experiences to drive continuous improvement. Share knowledge and best practices to strengthen team capabilities and content excellence.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with Business Units, Medical Affairs, Medical Review, Digital teams, and other key stakeholders. Align stakeholder expectations and integrate diverse perspectives into content solutions. Support the execution of strategic initiatives and complex medical content projects. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure excellence in delivery and execution.

Education and Experience

Master's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or other healthcare-related disciplines.

3–5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

Experience in medical content development, medical writing, scientific communications, medical education, or medical affairs support.

Proven experience in creating high-quality medical slide presentations and scientific communication materials.

Experience across multiple therapeutic areas is preferred.

Experience working in cross-functional environments is highly desirable.

Technical Skills Requirements

Strong medical content development and scientific communication capabilities.

Solid medical knowledge with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex scientific information.

Excellent storytelling, content structuring, and presentation development skills.

Ability to independently create impactful medical slide content for diverse audiences.
