Job Description
Sr. Manager/ Associate Director, Marketing – Taiwan
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Reports to: Sr Director, Sales & Marketing
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager/ Associate Director, Marketing to lead the commercial strategy and execution in Taiwan, with a strong focus on brand market development, reimbursement enablement, and launch excellence.This position plays a critical role in partnering closely with Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs, and Regional teams to drive sustainable business growth while contributing to Taiwan’s public health goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Strategy
Lead brand strategy, annual planning, and lifecycle management
Translate market insights, data, and policy dynamics into clear, actionable commercial strategies
Drive launch readiness and post‑launch optimization
Market Development & Reimbursement Support
Partner cross‑functionally to support market‑shaping initiatives
Contribute to payer, government, and medical society engagement strategies
Support value narratives linking clinical outcomes, public health impact, and healthcare policy
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Act as a key marketing lead in cross‑functional and launch governance forums
Collaborate with Regional and Global teams to align strategy while localizing execution
Ensure strong linkage between brand strategy and field execution
Customer & Execution Excellence
Lead customer segmentation, targeting, and messaging frameworks
Enable high‑quality, compliant customer engagement across channels
Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact
Leadership & Ways of Working
Demonstrate strong decision ownership and accountability
Champion collaborative, agile, and high‑performance ways of working
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
Strong track record in brand strategy, market development, and cross‑functional leadership
Solid understanding of the Taiwan healthcare system and reimbursement environment
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Preferred
Experience in Liver, Virology, or Specialty Care
Experience with major launches or reimbursement expansion initiatives
Exposure to regional or global project leadership
