ABOUT THE ROLE
This onsite role is part of the global network operations team, supporting 24/5 coverage to ensure operational continuity and infrastructure resilience. The engineer will focus on maintaining and enhancing the availability, performance, and security of the global network infrastructure through hands-on engineering, structured troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Success in this role requires a proven track record in Network Infrastructure Operations, with deep expertise across core networking technologies (LAN/WAN, Data Center, Load Balancers). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong execution skills, thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence are essential. Please note, this is an on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain network infrastructure systems
Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment
Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance
Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems
Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions
Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades
Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning
Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
Implement network security measures and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Basic Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience OR
Master's degree with 6+ years of experience OR
Diploma with 12+ years of relevant experience
Functional Skills
Must-Have Skills:
Previous, or current, CCNP certification (required)
Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies (required)
Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required)
Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions (required)
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
Experience with network security concepts and implementation
Good-to-Have Skills:
CCIE certification
Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with network monitoring tools
Knowledge of ITIL practices
Experience with DevOps, S/W development and scripting
Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SD-WAN)
Familiarity with network orchestration platforms
Good knowledge of industry tools
Professional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):
CCNP certification (mandatory)
CCIE certification (preferred)
F5 Certified Expert (preferred)
Infoblox certification (preferred)

Shift Information: This position requires you to be onsite and participate in 24/5 and weekend on call in rotation fashion and may require you to work a later shift. Candidates must be willing and able to work off hours, as required based on business requirements.
