Software Engineer
POSITION PURPOSE:
Join a globally distributed Employee Platform Integration Squad and take end-to-end ownership of integrations across the platform.
Working in a DevOps setup, you will cover the full lifecycle of integrations, from requirement analysis and architecture design to implementation, testing, and operations.
The role is embedded in ongoing transformation programs across HR and Communications, offering significant opportunities to shape integration approaches, standards, and solutions in a dynamic environment.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own integrations end-to-end across the Employee Platform (design, build, run)
Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions
Design and implement robust integration architectures using modern patterns and technologies
Build and maintain integrations across the platform landscape, leveraging and expanding capabilities across integration technologies and platforms
Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, monitoring, and operational excellence
Collaborate closely with IT, HR, Communications, and external vendors
Drive continuous improvement of integration capabilities, tools, and processes
Contribute to DevOps practices (automation, monitoring, operations)
WHO YOU ARE:
Experience & Skills:
Senior-level experience in system integrations with end-to-end ownership
Strong expertise in Workday integrations
Ability and willingness to work across a broader integration technology landscape
Solid understanding of APIs, data flows, integration patterns, and security concepts (SAML, OAuth, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) is a plus
Experience working in agile / DevOps environments
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High sense of ownership and accountability
Team-oriented mindset with ability to work in global setups
