The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Product Manager Rx role will make an impact by:

Support the development of brand/market strategies in alignment with the global direction.

Coordinate projects and ensure marketing initiatives are being executed properly.

Assist in developing tools and materials to support external stakeholder engagement.

Development of training materials and presentations for the sales team.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing plans align with their goals and activities.

Gathering and analyzing data about the brand, market, and competitors.

Prepare forecasts and budgets with guidance from senior team members.

Track timelines and budgets to make sure projects stay on track.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products or campaigns.

Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration/Management/Economic or Life Science

Several years of experience in a similar position, experience in cardiology is a plus

Good command of English (min. B2) – both written and spoken.

Proficiency in MS Office tools – especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Foundational understanding of financial concepts (e.g., budgeting, ROI).

Strong analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with potential to develop influencing abilities
