Main purpose of Job:

Marketing Manager position immune-mediated rare disease marketing initiatives and programs. Candidates must have a proven track record of contribution to brand growth and/or marketing experience developing and implementing a wide range of high-impact marketing tools and programs.

Responsibilities:

Involves all internal and external stakeholders proactively to maximize opportunities and resolve issues toward higher brand equity

Contributes Japanese Brand Plan development with Global Team and Cross function team

Manages the launch excellence activities with internal Global counter partners

Develops and executes sales promotional activities in alignment with all commercial stakeholders

Leads changes through Engaging and involving sales leaders in planning and key initiatives

Develops programs and tools for optimal sales force effectiveness

Establishes regular contacts with key opinion leaders

Designs and implements omni-channel strategy collaborating the Commercial Excellence team

Benchmark competitors’ launch timing, strategies, and tactical approaches, and incorporate key insights into our own strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience as Product Manager (Marketing Manager) with proven track records for minimum of 3 years in a pharmaceutical company

Experience in Pharmaceutical consulting company for minimum 3 years.

Ability to lead a brand planning process and to make robust brand plan communicating with related stakeholders.

Excellent coordination/negotiation skills for both internal and external parties.

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Good communication/presentation skills

Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science or related discipline

Language: Japanese – Native level, English – Business level

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the area of Immunology or Rare disease for minimum of 3 years

New product launch experience in both planning and execution as a Product Manager

Experience in Global project or Global coordination

Enjoys challenge of building a new organization.

Bachelor or Master degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical
