Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- 担当エリア内の病院や専門クリニックを定期的に訪問し、臨床に基づいた正確で分かりやすい情報を提供する。

- 症例検討や臨床データの説明を通じて、適正使用と治療最適化を支援する。

- 地域の医療ニーズを把握し、実行可能な活動計画を立案・実行・改善する。

- 教育的ミーティングや講演会、アドバイザリーボードの企画・運営を社内外と協働して推進する。

- 地域の臨床・市場インサイトを収集・分析し、分かりやすく社内へ報告する。

- 法規制と社内基準を順守し、必要な報告やデータ入力を期限内に行う。

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

- 日本の医薬情報担当者(MR)資格を保有していること。

- 製薬企業でのフィールドMR経験が3年以上あること。

- 病院訪問を中心とした業務経験があること。

- 日本語での高い対人コミュニケーション力とプレゼンテーション力があること。

- 普通自動車運転免許を保有し、担当エリア内での移動が可能であること。

- 患者を第一に考え、継続的に学ぶ姿勢があること。

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

- 大学病院や基幹病院での対応経験があること。

- 専門領域(呼吸器、膠原病、消化器など)での経験があること。

- 生物学的製剤など専門性の高い医薬品に関わった経験があること。

- 臨床データの解釈と議論に自信があること。

- 医療現場の主要意見形成者との関係構築経験があること。

- クロスファンクショナルなチームでの協働経験があること。
