As our Lead Network Security Architect, you'll shape the zero trust and network security posture of one of the world's leading healthcare companies – ensuring that the infrastructure behind life-saving medicines stays resilient, secure, and ready for what's next.

Your new role

In this role, you will serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies, and Operational Technology (OT) security platforms. Day-to-day your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the primary SME for ZTNA, providing L3 engineering support, technical leadership, and advanced troubleshooting for authentication, authorization, policy enforcement, and endpoint connectivity

Administering, configuring, and optimizing secure access services including Zero Trust access, Secure Web Gateway, DNS-layer security, Firewall-as-a-Service, and Cloud Access Security Broker capabilities

Providing L3 administration for enterprise NGFW environments – managing security policies, IPS/IDS, application-aware rules, URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection, and threat detection

Planning, coordinating, and maintaining OT monitoring infrastructure, ensuring asset discovery, network visibility, and alignment with industry standards such as IEC 62443 and the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture

Performing root cause analysis for complex network security incidents and recommending policy improvements to strengthen the enterprise security posture

Collaborating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, identity, and OT teams to ensure secure, reliable network operations and support incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL practices

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
