G o-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC) Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in Hyderabad, India and is set up to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. GTMC strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi globally.
The Offshore Field Reporting Ops Lead serves as the critical liaison between the US Field Reporting & Intelligence team and the offshore Hub development team, ensuring all dashboard operations and development activities adhere to high standards and governance frameworks.
Reporting to the Director of Field Reporting, she/he will serve as the Technical SME for the Hub team, driving modernization, innovation enablement, and AI capability building while promoting best practices and strong partnership between the Field Reporting Hub team and other cross-functional support teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Dashboard Development & Maintenance
Support development, build, and enhancements of internal reporting platforms and dashboards by serving as liaison between US and Hub development teams, ensuring alignment with US standards and governance processes.
Monitor and oversee all processes related to the development, delivery, and maintenance of Field Reporting dashboards and reports, including ongoing monitoring to identify data discrepancies and user-experience issues.
Launch & New Dashboard Delivery
Support launch dashboard creation and new product launch reporting by facilitating communication between US and Hub teams, ensuring data scope requirements are understood and all activities align with established governance standards and timelines.
Operations & Issue Management
Oversee all reporting-related inquiries and issues by monitoring the TA shared mailbox, ServiceNow, and FITS, ensuring timely acknowledgment, communication, tracking, and resolution in partnership with Field Reporting Hub and cross-functional teams.
Partner with Hub teams to ensure adherence to standardized processes, maintain high-quality documentation, and track performance against KPIs to support effective workload planning and high-quality delivery.
Support implementation of frameworks and processes to maintain service level agreements with internal and external key partners.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor dashboard utilization and performance through the Digital Usage Dashboard, proactively identifying issues and opportunities to drive continuous improvement and business impact.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support commercial business tactics.
Process Improvement & Efficiency
Support strategic planning for commercial platform enhancements and field analytics by providing technical expertise, facilitating US-Hub communication, and ensuring consistent application of standards across the operating model.
Create opportunities for efficiencies through process improvements, vendor leverage, and data analysis, coordinating with the brand to implement solutions and track ROI where possible.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure awareness and compliance with established SOPs and work with the Governance Lead to establish new processes that support standardization and operational excellence.
Ensure all dashboards are fully compliant with regulatory, data privacy, and internal governance requirements, including appropriate data access controls and adherence to approved content standards.
Training & User Enablement
Support creation of training materials and educational content for reporting platforms, ensuring technical accuracy, consistent messaging, and alignment with FR-standardized structure to support effective dashboard use and user enablement.
Modernization & Upskilling
Serve as Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Field Reporting Hub team, providing deep technical knowledge and guidance on reporting platforms, data visualization best practices, and emerging technologies.
Enable innovation within the Hub team by identifying and evaluating new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can enhance reporting capabilities and operational efficiency.
Build AI capability within the Field Reporting Hub team by researching, testing, and implementing AI-powered solutions for data analysis, automated reporting, and predictive insights.
Stay current with industry trends in data analytics, business intelligence, and AI, translating insights into actionable recommendations for the Hub team.
About you:
Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or graduate degree preferred
8+ years of demonstrated experience working with commercial reporting and analytics platforms, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
2+ years of analytical experience with industry-level pharmaceutical data sources and application across reporting channels
Experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau for building reporting platforms and commercial solutions
Demonstrated ability to work with US teams and serve as a liaison between onshore and offshore functions
Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and modern data visualization technologies
Excellent project coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with all levels of management
