Position Summary You will provide operational quality oversight on the production floor in India. You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply and quality teams to ensure products are made safely, to specification, and in line with Good Manufacturing Practice. You will lead investigations, review batch documentation, support inspection readiness and coach colleagues on quality expectations. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Provide day-to-day quality oversight on the shop floor during production shifts to ensure GMP compliance and inspection readiness. - Review and support approval of batch documentation to enable timely, compliant batch release. - Lead or support investigations into deviations, incidents and customer complaints with clear, evidence-based findings. - Execute level 1 and level 2 internal audits, spot checks and quality oversight activities. - Coach and train operational colleagues on quality standards, documentation practice and safe work behaviours. - Track corrective and preventive actions and follow up to ensure effective closure.

Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, chemistry, biotechnology or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in GMP manufacturing, operational quality or quality assurance in a regulated environment. - Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and quality management systems. - Experience participating in deviation investigations, CAPA activities and batch record review. - Experience working on the production floor and supporting inspection readiness. - Good English communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Master’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, chemistry or related field. - Experience with SAP quality transactions, electronic batch records or manufacturing execution systems. - Prior experience in internal or regulatory inspections and audit readiness. - Familiarity with root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools. - Experience coaching or leading others in a shop floor quality role. - Knowledge of Indian and international regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing.
