The Position

As a Senior ERP Solution Consultant, you will partner with business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver innovative solutions across the Source-to-Procure (S2P) lifecycle. You will bridge business needs with technical capabilities, driving efficiency, data integrity, and digital transformation across procurement processes.
This is a highly visible role where you will contribute to global initiatives, influence solution design, and support the evolution of Roche’s procurement ecosystem.
Your Opportunity
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end analysis and solution design across the Source-to-Procure lifecycle, including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and user stories
Act as a functional expert for procurement platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, GEP), ensuring system stability and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and IT to deliver integrated solutions
Drive testing activities (SIT, UAT) and ensure high-quality, business-ready system deployments
Support product and roadmap discussions, balancing quick wins with long-term system sustainability
Contribute to process optimization, data quality, and user adoption through training and change management
Who you are
You bring a strong mix of functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management:
6–8 years of experience in ERP solution consulting or business analysis within procurement or Source-to-Pay environments
Hands-on experience with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, or similar
Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Procure / Procure-to-Pay processes
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans
Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, or middleware solutions is an advantage
Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
