Commercial Support Specialist
The Opportunity
As our Commercial Application Support Specialist, you will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity and seamless operation of Roche’s commercial contract management ecosystem. You will serve as a vital link between our business operations and IT systems, ensuring data accuracy and resolving critical inquiries that empower our teams to deliver excellence worldwide.
In this role, you will:
Drive platform stability by operationally maintaining and supporting Contract Management Lifecycle Deal Solutions systems and their integrations.
Empower global business users by diagnosing and resolving systems inquiries, tool-handling issues, and data consistency challenges with a strong customer-centric focus.
Collaborate across ecosystems with diverse stakeholders from local, regional, and global Business and IT teams to implement system releases smoothly.
Champion data excellence by proactively monitoring data quality, performing root-cause analysis, and leading data cleansing initiatives to support strategic business results.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional stakeholder meetings, advising on technical limitations, platform logic, and process implications.
Foster continuous improvement by translating complex technical data into concise, actionable solutions that streamline sales and pricing processes.

To thrive in this role, you bring:
An Academic Foundation: A BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Economics, or a related field.
Commercial Systems Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in contract management, commercial operations, or project coordination, ideally within a global or cross-functional environment.
Technical Curiosity: Familiarity with sales, service, or ticketing ecosystems (such as Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow) and a passion for mastering new digital tools.
Analytical Precision: An outstanding analytical mindset with intermediate to advanced Excel skills and the ability to synthesize data sets into straightforward formats.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, enabling you to manage stakeholders smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
