What you’ll do
AstraZeneca Hungary is looking for an experienced and driven Brand Manager to manage our dedicated products and help shape the future of our CVRM portfolio. As a Brand Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy for our established CVRM indications, having a meaningful impact on the Hungarian market. You will drive the omnichannel marketing strategy, ensuring that our innovative therapies reach the eligible patients, redefining patients’ lives.You will have a crucial and strategic role in launching the most innovative product of Astrazeneca at the moment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and shaping the product’s marketing strategy, gathering and consolidating insights, including competitor actions, to inform business plans.
Integrating input from sales, public relations, and market access teams to develop detailed plans at the disease, operational, and campaign levels. You will contribute directly to achieving sales and marketing goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and typically acting as the liaison with the regulatory, medical, and market access functions.
Prepare product information and promotional materials in line with AstraZeneca Hungary’s approval policies, collaborating with advertising agencies and supporting Key Account Managers through tailored trainings. Your duties will extend to organizing and managing marketing events and working closely with the field force to assess and optimize current promotional efforts.
Regular monitoring of product performance and analysis of relevant data to inform strategic adjustments will be an integral part of your work.
Other key aspects of the role include building and maintaining relationships with Key External Experts and Key Opinion Leaders within the therapeutic area, preparing sales forecasts in cooperation with the logistics department, and collaborating with international colleagues across AstraZeneca’s global network.
Your profile
Strong experience in Brand/Product Management, within RX
Experience in Product Launches
Strong understanding of the needs of healthcare professionals and patients
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
Effective stakeholder management skills
Autonomous, proactive, and flexible approach
Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the proven ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared goals
Advanced project management capabilities, ensuring successful planning, execution and completion of initiatives
Has a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Recognized for initiating new ideas in line with the brand plan and offering effective solutions to complex problems
Excels at cross-functional collaboration, building productive partnerships across diverse teams and disciplines
Fluent English & Hungarian
Preferred: Master’s degree or higher in a scientific or medical field.
