Within the CMC Development Sciences – Excellence & Operations department, your mission will be to:

-Map, model, and document CMC Development business processes using BPM tools.

-Identify priority processes and define associated roles, responsibilities, and interfaces.

-Contribute to the development and promotion of Business Process Management (BPM) best practices.

-Structure, consolidate, and automate departmental performance data.

-Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarking analyses, and improvement benefit measurements.

-Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency.

Support process simplification, standardization, and the long-term capability development of the department.

Profile

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.

Initial experience in a pharmaceutical, CMC, Quality, Supply Chain, or Operational Excellence environment is an asset.

Fluent in English, French is a plus, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Please note that this program is in partnership with Business France, and we follow the prerequisites required by Business France to carry out a VIE assignment. The main participation prerequisites are as follows:

Be between 18 and 28 years old;

Hold the nationality of a member country of the European Economic Area;

Have not worked or lived in the country where the mission will take place;

Be available to dedicate yourself to the mission full-time;

If you have French nationality or dual nationality, be in compliance with the national service obligations of France (Numéro Identifiant Défense);

Have a clean criminal record.
