Vos responsabilités incluront :

Qualité   : Appliquer rigoureusement les procédures de votre secteur, mettre à jour les procédures, identifier et remonter les problèmes de qualité, participer aux investigations, audits et inspections.

Santé et Sécurité   : Respecter et faire respecter les procédures de santé, sécurité et environnement, participer aux analyses de risques, et veiller à la sécurité en signalant les situations à risques.

Gestion des Ressources   : Gérer les ressources pour mettre en œuvre le plan de production, responsabiliser les employés, optimiser les processus de gestion et de planification, et assurer la collaboration avec toutes les fonctions pour la livraison du plan de production.

Développement et Performance   : Mobiliser et développer les employés, implémenter les principes d’améliorations continues, fournir un support technique, analyser les opérations et orchestrer les activités pour optimiser l’utilisation des ressources.

Collaboration   : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les opérations, l’assurance qualité et les autres départements pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes existants et assurer l’alignement avec les partenaires.

Pourquoi Vous?

Nous recherchons des professionnels possédant les compétences suivantes pour atteindre nos objectifs :

Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en pharmaceutique, alimentaire ou discipline similaire.

3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion du personnel.

2 à 3 ans d'expérience en pharmaceutiques, alimentaire ou industrie hautement réglementée.

Connaissance des procédés de production et des équipements.

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et multitâches.

Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.

Solides aptitudes à résoudre des problèmes.

Capacité de collaborer et de construire des relations.

Bon jugement pour prendre des décisions.

Expérience dans l'application des systèmes d’amélioration continue.

Connaissance des politiques réglementaires de GSK pour l’environnement, la santé, la sécurité et la qualité (un atout).

Ouverture à travailler sur différents quarts de travail et être sur appel.
