Key ResponsibilitiesDrive network engineering initiatives that enhance performance, reliability, and scalability across global environments.Deploy artificial intelligence capabilities to optimize network operations and improve service delivery.Develop and implement network automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.Deliver network infrastructure projects on time, budget, and quality commitments.Ensure compliance with service management processes and technology governance standards.Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios within required timelines.Promote a safe, healthy workplace by adhering to health, safety, environmental, and security standards.Essential RequirementsProven experience in network engineering, infrastructure operations, or enterprise network services.Strong understanding of network technologies, protocols, and connectivity solutions.Experience delivering network infrastructure projects within complex global environments.Knowledge of network automation tools and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.Experience applying artificial intelligence or advanced analytics to technology operations.Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills across technical and business teams.Desirable RequirementsExperience supporting large-scale, global enterprise network environments.Relevant industry certifications in networking, automation, or cloud technologies. Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 824,600.00 - 1,531,400.00 CZKThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.The rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
