Sr. Associate IS Business Systems Analyst

What you will do

As a Sr. Associate IS Business Systems Analyst, you are responsible for leading complex business analysis activities and supporting business and digital transformation initiatives. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translate business needs into effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery of change. The role operates with minimal supervision, manages multiple stakeholders, and contributes to improving processes, systems, and outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit, gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Creating Business Requirement Documents, Workflow diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams.

Critical bridge between warehouse team and the business, translate business needs into clear requirements, turn them into actionable items for the IS Warehouse team.

Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.

Drive continuous improvement in team processes and delivery efficiency.

Proactively communicate and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery.

Proactively identify the dependencies, risks and communication while implementing cross functional capabilities.

Generate Reports when requested for stakeholders based on their needs.

Work closely with stakeholders, to provide clarifications & support when needed.

Ensure overall quality, accuracy, and completeness of delivered solutions.

Ensure clear communication of requirements, issues, and status updates.

Maintain documentation for requirements, testing, and processes.

Facilitate Mac as choice for new hires.

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience

OR

Associate’s degree and 6 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-9 years of experience in Business Analysis.

Strong experience in requirements elicitation processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across the team.

Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and take on additional responsibilities.

Ability to understand and manage numerous competing priorities.

Ability to support the team in multiple capabilities and communicate clearly.

Service Now experience.

Working knowledge of MacBook Pros and the challenges of Macs in a Windows office environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments.

Ability to work well with competing priorities and changing deadlines.

Familiarity with logistics, large-scale shipping and receiving.

Working knowledge of Asset Management and how assets move through their lifecycle.

Familiarity with Service Now Hardware Asset Management catalogs, CMDB, and Asset Tables.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
