Senior Associate (AEM Functional Tester)

What You Will Do
Develop test plans and test cases aligned with project requirements and AEM functionality.
Execute functional, regression, and system testing to validate implementations.
Create and maintain test documentation (scripts, data, reports).
Collaborate with AEM developers for defect identification and resolution.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover usability and functionality issues.
Monitor performance and stability of AEM applications.
Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automation efforts.
Stay updated with AEM features, updates, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree
OR
bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of experience on AEM manual testing
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality assurance and testing, specifically with AEM and similar content management systems.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its components.
Strong knowledge of web technologies and content management systems.
Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages (a plus).
AEM certification is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards in web development.
Strong documentation and communication skills to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
