Key responsibilities for this role include:
Maintain parts database and/or inventory for Mylan Technologies, Inc.
Order, receive and stock parts in an easily retrievable manner, issue parts as needed and assure adequate replacement parts are on hand. Coordinates priority orders when necessary.
Order, receive and stock tools in an easily retrievable manner, issue tools as needed and assure adequate tools are on hand.
Keep work and storage areas in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
Maintain Tooling area within the tool & parts room.
Assist in the establishment of spare parts within the tool & parts room for new and existing equipment, through completed parts request forms from MTI personnel to assure back up of all critical equipment.
Assist in the development of systems to improve inventory and storage of parts to support all site departments. Assist in implementing new technology for storage and inventory as available.
Requires flexibility and understanding that all maintenance staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the Maintenance Department
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of High School diploma and two (2) years of experience is required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess knowledge of all basic hand tools and machine shop tools, manufacturing and packaging equipment, personal computer and Equipment Manuals.
Must possess communication, time management, interpersonal, problem solving and organization skills.
Must possess competent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to maintain databases.
Requires the ability to read and understand technical manuals to implement manufacturer’s directions for repair and operation of equipment.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $37,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD.
