The Position
The (Senior) Salesforce Solution Architect focuses on designing business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready solutions within the context of the Salesforce Platform Center of Excellence. In this role, you will design solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards while managing non-functional requirements (NFRs) and fitness functions. You will develop and maintain the Sales and Marketing product’s technology roadmap, provide technical oversight to product teams, and evaluate new technologies to continuously improve existing solutions and manage technical debt.
Your Responsibilities
Designs solutions in the area of Sales and Marketing Automation that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards within the Salesforce Platform Context. Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions. Documents and evolves the architecture throughout the product life cycle and aligns with the architecture community for governance.
Solves complex platform and solution challenges using data-driven judgment. Maintains the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for the Salesforce Platform and solutions. Assesses and consults on the impacts and dependencies of initiatives on capabilities, risk, and the application landscape as well as the Salesforce Platform. Creates Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies for the solution and its interfaces. Defines and establishes reference architectures, patterns, and ensures Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) are appropriately recorded.
Explains complex and difficult information clearly and actively works to build consensus among stakeholders. Drives information sharing and exchange about the solution and the platform impact.
Develops and maintains the product’s technology roadmap. Provides technical oversight, guidance, and consultation on Salesforce technologies for product teams. Improves existing solutions, manages technical debt, and researches, evaluates, pilots, and drives the adoption of new technologies. Identifies opportunities to enhance the value of the Salesforce Platform and business processes.
Operates primarily within a defined Platform Context.
Applies general and in-depth knowledge in Salesforce Platform as well as Sales and/or Life Science Cloud. Contributes effectively to Architecture Practices development and mentoring.
Who You Are
Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions within Salesforce Platform context.
Experience maintaining the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for technical solutions, and assessing the impacts of initiatives on risk and application and platform landscapes.
General and in-depth knowledge in Salesforce and API / MCP driven Integrations.
Proficiency in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies for solutions and interfaces.
Ability to define and drive reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions.
Advanced capability to evaluate external technology trends and assess feasibility for the solution as well as the impact to the Salesforce Platform.
Defining and maintaining an enterprise platform based on cloud technology (Salesforce preferred).
Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and / or Life Science Cloud. Salesforce Certifications in the area of Architecture are a plus.
Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and successfully build consensus.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to enhance value and business processes, improve existing solutions, stabilize and define the platform and manage technical debt.
Understanding of Life Science and Diagnostics CRM processes especially in the Sales area. And knowledge about applicable compliance requirements such as GxP and ICFR and the impact to architecture and processes.
Ability to balance the usage of global platform consistency and the delivery of stream aligned requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN - 315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
