About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Clinical Solution Analyst to join our Clinical Solution Delivery team. This customer-facing role is responsible for translating study protocols into high-quality study builds and serving as the product subject matter expert to both the Evinova study team and our customers.

You will operate at the intersection of product expertise and study execution for our customers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize clinical trial delivery and ensure exceptional outcomes. In addition, you will work alongside our product team, providing valuable input on feature development and enhancements that support our mission to deliver market-leading digital health solutions.

This role will serve as the product subject matter expert within the Delivery organization, ensuring accurate study design and configuration for clinical trials. This position requires deep experience in clinical study setup, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for understanding product functionality and industry best practices. You will champion best practices, influence improvements, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence across the team.

What You'll Do:

Customer Delivery: Drive study design, requirements gathering, and configuration activities for customer projects to ensure successful delivery of clinical trials.

Product Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the product SME within the Delivery organization for product capabilities, maintaining deep knowledge of configuration workflows and industry standards.

Expert in End-to-End Delivery: Ensure delivery excellence across all phases of study execution, from planning to go-live, leveraging deep understanding of the full delivery lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other members of Delivery leadership and Product teams to improve processes, influence enhancements, and align on strategic goals. Identify opportunities to optimize study setup processes and implement best practices across the team.

Pre-Sales Support: Partner as needed with the Commercial team to assess solution feasibility, ensuring proposed configurations align with product capabilities and delivery timelines.

Training: Participate in the development of sharing product knowledge and study design expertise within the team and across delivery functions.

Industry Insight: Stay informed on clinical trial trends and regulatory requirements to guide team practices and product input.

Risk Management: Proactively identify risks in study delivery and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or related field.

Proven experience working with clinical trial technologies to design and/or implement solutions.

Extensive hands-on experience delivering clinical studies, including leading study design, requirements gathering, and configuration activities.

Ability to interpret and apply study protocols accurately to system design and configuration.

Skilled in conducting software demonstrations and explaining complex functionality to diverse stakeholders.

Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry standards for clinical trial technology and product functionality.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end delivery processes for clinical trials and digital health platforms.

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to provide input on solution feasibility and product enhancements.

Hands-on experience with Jira.

Familiarity with SOP/WI development and audit readiness; experience supporting internal and external audits.
