In this vital role, the Senior Associate, Learning & Performance will support the execution of key operational, reporting, and program coordination activities across Global Learning & Performance. This role helps enable scalable, high-quality delivery of initiatives spanning leadership development, customer engagement capabilities, and launch readiness.

By partnering closely with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior Associate will help ensure learning assignments, governance processes, reporting, and program tracking are delivered with accuracy, consistency, and speed. The role plays an important part in supporting GL&P’s shift toward more insight-led, efficient, and technology-enabled ways of working, while strengthening the quality and scalability of learning and performance solutions.

This position operates with growing independence and is expected to take ownership of defined workstreams, drive execution discipline, and contribute to continuous improvement across tools, processes, and stakeholder support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning Operations & Governance

Manage core learning operations across learning platforms and repositories, including training assignments, catalog and content maintenance, onboarding pathways, and completion tracking.

Partner with Global Learning Services (GLS), GL&P Leads, and other stakeholders to support timely and accurate setup, deployment, and sustainment of learning and capability programs.

Maintain and enhance governance documentation, including SOPs, job aids, process documentation, acknowledgements, and quality control practices.

Help standardize ways of working that improve consistency, scalability, and execution quality across GL&P initiatives.

Support content and resource organization across platforms to improve discoverability, usability, and learner experience.

Reporting & Insights

Develop, maintain, and validate dashboards, trackers, and reports that monitor training completion, adoption, utilization, compliance, and key learning and capability metrics.

Analyze learning, coaching, and program data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making, improve learner experience, and inform program effectiveness.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reporting across learning systems and stakeholder groups.

Support the evolution of measurement practices by helping automate reporting, improve data integrity, and strengthen visibility into program impact.

Program Coordination & Execution

Coordinate operational support for global learning and performance initiatives across leadership development, customer engagement capabilities, and launch-readiness workstreams.

Track participation, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies for priority programs, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility to status, risks, and required actions.

Support readiness for capability-building initiatives through effective coordination of materials, trackers, roadmaps, and deployment activities.

Assist in the execution of learning and coaching programs by maintaining documentation, participant tracking, and alignment across cross-functional partners.

Contribute to global-regional collaboration by helping ensure solutions are deployed with consistency while supporting local execution needs.

Continuous Improvement & Enablement

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen learning operations, reporting, governance, and stakeholder experience.

Contribute to initiatives that simplify, standardize, automate, and improve learning and performance processes and tools.

Support the adoption of modern and technology-enabled ways of working, including digital tools, reporting enhancements, and knowledge-management improvements.

Help capture lessons learned and best practices that can be applied across GL&P teams and programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

5 - 9 years of experience in learning operations, training coordination, LMS administration, enablement, analytics, or a related function.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills required and Power BI experience preferred.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams with a high degree of ownership, accuracy, and follow-through.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting enterprise learning platforms, digital learning environments, or knowledge-management systems.

Exposure to learning measurement, adoption tracking, reporting automation, or performance analytics.

Experience working in a global, matrixed, or shared-services environment.

Familiarity with governance processes, process documentation, SOPs, or compliance-related environments.

Exposure to learning technologies, AI-enabled tools, or modern enablement platforms.

Experience supporting commercial capability, field enablement, onboarding, coaching, or launch-readiness programs.

Meaningful contributions to process improvement, quality, scalability, and technology-enabled ways of working.

Strong alignment to GL&P priorities through support of leadership development, customer engagement, and launch-readiness initiatives.
