The Position
Location: Vilnius (Artery Business Center, Konstitucijos pr. 18B)
Duration: 12 months
Type: Paid Internship (Full-time).
For successful candidates the salary offered is 19 000 EUR gross per year
Start your career in sales and marketing with a 12-month internship at Roche Diagnostics. In this role, you will support our team across various sales and marketing initiatives, from procurement, administrative tasks to digital media campaigns and creative coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic diagnostics environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting public procurement activities.
Assisting in designing marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, presentations, banners, and other visual assets.
Tailoring product messages and translating into the local language.
Supporting general administrative tasks (contracts, vendors, etc.).
Maintaining contact database.
Coordinating Sales and Marketing Team Meetings and corresponding tasks.
Maintaining and updating Sales and Marketing team tools.

Who you are
Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Lithuanian with excellent communication skills
Administrative excellence: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a structured approach to managing administrative workflows
Ability to support both sales and marketing teams with data entry, collection and reporting, with an interest in analytics and optimization of processes.
The Hybrid Mindset: A unique ability to balance routine administrative responsibilities with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
Industry interest: A genuine passion for healthcare, life sciences, and the diagnostics market.
