About this opportunity

Apoyar las funciones de NCQ en la región de las Américas en el proceso de liberación de lotes de mercado y distribución mediante la revisión y preparación de documentos relevantes, y cuando sea aplicable, la decisión final de disposición, de acuerdo con las regulaciones y procesos globales y locales. Realizar operaciones locales que apoyen la liberación y comercialización de productos.

Principales responsabilidades:Revisión de la documentación GxP relevante que respalda la liberación de productos y materiales de empaque.Donde la actividad haya sido delegada, realizar la decisión final de disposición sobre el producto terminado y el material de empaque.Realizar verificaciones previas a la liberación y actividades que hagan el proceso de preparación más ágil.Realizar operaciones locales que apoyen la liberación de productos al mercado y la comercialización, tales como, pero no limitadas a: revisión de registradores de datos de temperatura, gestión de excepciones (excursiones de temperatura), gestión de datos maestros, devoluciones de productos, cartas de aclaración al cliente, etc.Mejora del flujo de trabajo mediante la identificación de problemas y la notificación al socio comercial.Mantener y gestionar cuentas clave en aplicaciones de flujo de trabajo (como BRH, S4H) para asegurar la ejecución adecuada de los entregables del servicioAsegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad internos de Novartis, los requisitos regulatorios relevantes, los estándares de calidad del producto archivado y los acuerdos de nivel de servicio.Requisitos esenciales:Título de Químico Farmacéutico.1-2 años de experiencia previa en liberación final de producto.Español fluido. Buen conocimiento del inglés.
