In this role, you will support the daily administrative and operational activities of the Quality Control laboratory, contributing to laboratory efficiency, and supporting quality operations in a highly regulated environment.
This position reports directly to the QC Micro Supervisor. Important : you will be working in shifts (it’s a two-shift rotation role, Monday - Friday).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the Quality Control laboratory
Manage QC sample administration and ensure accurate documentation and tracking
Involve with stability studies sample management
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, data integrity, and company quality requirements
Coordinate laboratory purchasing activities to ensure the continuous availability of required supplies.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Operations, Production, Packaging, and other stakeholders as required.
Participate in QC departmental meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Support departmental and cross-functional projects when needed.
YOU BRING:
University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or another relevant field
At least one year of experience in laboratory administration, preferably within the pharmaceutical/food industry
Fluent Greek language skills and good command of English
Good knowledge of SAP and/or other computerized systems would be considered an asset
Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality systems, and data integrity guidelines
Understanding of laboratory workflows and sample management processes
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Flexibility to work on shifts
