This role goes beyond managing workstreams and reviewing dashboards. It requires someone who can bring a perspective shaped by deep experience in digital marketing and the technologies that power it. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner who can articulate the value of our analytics capabilities and build strong relationships with new and existing partners across the Roche network.

All Roche employees are expected to actively contribute to cross-functional collaboration and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures governing our business.

As a Manager - Digital Marketing Analytics, you will:

Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to stakeholders across Roche affiliates and global teams, leading discovery conversations to uncover unmet analytics needs and proactively proposing solutions

Collaborate with new and existing partners to articulate the value of our analytics capabilities, helping expand the scope and reach of our function through strong partnerships

Translate complex analytics concepts into business language that resonates with non-technical stakeholders and leadership

Analyze and derive actionable insights from digital marketing channels, leveraging tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, Google Analytics, email platforms, and other martech tools

Oversee the quality and strategic relevance of analytics deliverables including tagging audits, subject line analyses, web performance reporting, HCP targeting, and campaign analytics.

Collaborate with affiliates, offering strategic insights on leveraging analytics effectively in campaign strategies and enhancing digital readiness through data-driven approaches.

Evaluate and optimize processes in paid media, website experience, and HCP engagement for improved efficiency and business outcomes.

Champion measurement frameworks, attribution approaches, and testing methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing) that elevate the rigor of our analytics practice.

Spearhead technology and innovation initiatives within the Digital Marketing Analytics function, identifying emerging tools, techniques, and data sources that can enhance our service offerings.

Lead and mentor analytics professionals across multiple functional areas, fostering cross-pollination of knowledge and best practices.

Build a culture of intellectual curiosity, encouraging the team to move beyond reporting and into insight generation, experimentation, and strategic recommendation

Partner with business partners to define key metrics and outcomes for technology aligned with business objectives

Develop capability presentations and case studies that demonstrate the impact of our work to strengthen partnerships across the network

Lead important initiatives for the growth and development of the GATE team

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
