We are looking for a Key Account Manager RD & Epilepsy Slovakia , who is eager to join us in our Patient Impact Mid-Market team, based in a field-based role covering the whole of Slovakia. This field-based role, affiliated with our Bratislava office, covers the whole of Slovakia.
About the role
As Key Account Manager RD & Epilepsy Slovakia, you will play a key role in shaping partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem to improve outcomes for patients living with Rare Diseases and Epilepsy.
You will develop and execute strategic account plans, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders, and leverage customer insights to identify opportunities that create value for patients. Combining scientific understanding, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset, you will work cross-functionally to support the appropriate use of UCB's therapeutic solutions.
Who You’ll Work With
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Medical, Market Access, Patient Solutions, Marketing, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful value to patients living with Rare Diseases and Epilepsy. The role operates within the Patient Impact Mid-Market organization and requires effective collaboration across both internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain strong, compliant, and sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
Act as a trusted single point of contact and connect stakeholders with the appropriate UCB expertise, resources, and solutions.
Develop and execute impactful territory and account plans aligned with patient and business objectives.
Tailor omnichannel engagement approaches based on stakeholder needs and preferences.
Generate and communicate stakeholder insights to support business planning and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and help optimize patient care.
Develop a deep understanding of targeted healthcare professionals, patient populations, and unmet needs. Contribute to achieving business objectives while adhering to all compliance and pharmacovigilance requirements. Support safety reporting and collaborate with local safety teams in accordance with pharmacovigilance obligations.
I nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline.
Certification required for pharmaceutical representatives in Slovakia, where applicable.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or a related industry.
Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and stakeholder dynamics.
Ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
Strong business acumen and a patient-focused mindset.
Ability to gather, interpret, and apply stakeholder insights to create value and support decision-making.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working within a cross-functional and matrix environment is an advantage.
Strong learning agility, adaptability, and results orientation.
Fluent Slovak and good proficiency in English are required for effective communication with stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Slovakia.

The salary range for this role is 27,000 - 35,000 EUR. Final compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience.
