About the position:

You will lead GSK’s digital and technology strategy in Vietnam. You will build and lead a high-performing team that delivers digital products, data platforms, and technology services that support commercial, medical, and digital priorities. You will partner with regional and global leaders, local business stakeholders, and external partners to drive digital transformation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Set and lead the digital and technology strategy for GSK Vietnam, aligning priorities with business goals and regional programmes.

Lead and grow a cross-functional digital & tech team, including product management, omnichannel and AI, data, and IT operations.

Own delivery of key digital products and platforms (e.g., customer engagement, analytics, automation) from discovery to adoption and value realisation.

Partner with business, compliance, privacy, and security teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and quality requirements.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts and budgets to secure scalable, cost-effective technology solutions.

Drive data-led decision making, measure outcomes, and continuously improve products through user feedback and performance metrics.

Why You?

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business or equivalent experience.

10+ years of experience in digital, technology or IT leadership roles in a medium or large organisation.

Proven experience leading product and delivery teams, including agile ways of working.

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior business and regional leaders.

Experience managing vendors, third‑party platforms and delivery partners.

Demonstrable track record of delivering measurable business outcomes from digital programmes.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.

Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, data platforms, analytics, and integration patterns.

Experience building teams and capability locally while partnering with regional and global centres of expertise.

Familiarity with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements relevant to health data.

Experience with digital commercial platforms, CRM, or customer engagement solutions.

Leadership experience managing budgets, roadmaps and organisational change.
