We are looking for a Key Account Manager Immunology to join us in our local commercial operations team, field-based in Central/Eastern Switzerland.
About The Role
As Key Account Manager Immunology you inform office- and hospital-based dermatologists with positivity and engagement about the benefits of our innovative and newly launched product and establish impactful projects for our solutions and therapy approaches.

Be responsible for the assigned target groups of dermatologists in the territory (office- and hospital-based HCPs and relevant account stakeholders).
Proactively initiate, organize, and implement educational events in cooperation with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Building and strengthening mutually beneficial and sustainable customer relationships and ensure that the strategic and tactical objectives within your territory are met.
Cross functional collaboration & account planning: Work closely with internal teams to develop & align field force strategies and activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensuring the implementation of defined activities in accordance with strategic account plans.
Using multiple communication channels (face to face & digital) to contact health care specialists.
Establishing UCB as valued partner in the immunology area in close collaboration with Medical Science Liaison (MSL).
Overseeing the periodical reporting for the First Line Manager and documentation in the CRM system.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
You have passed a medical, paramedical, pharmaceutical, or scientific education.
You have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in immunology.
Experience and relationships in dermatology will be a plus.
You have a proven expertise in strategic account planning.
You are a team player and appreciate working in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in German and good knowledge in English.
