As the   Global Contracting Specialist , you will be the   process owner   for end-to-end contracting operations within the Source-to-Pay value chain. You will take full accountability for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of contract assurance processes, leveraging the Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) module to ensure data quality, compliance, and operational excellence at scale.

Main responsibilities:

Process Ownership & Design:

Own end-to-end contracting process, Drive process integrity, compliance, and performance as the single point of accountability within the S2P value chain

Design future-state processes, Define and champion standardized, harmonized ways of working aligned with global best practices and Core Model adoption across all regions

Lead continuous improvement, Review and evolve Core Model design, evaluate change requests, and ensure decisions are grounded in process impact analysis for efficiency and compliance

Stakeholder Management & Governance:

Lead governance dialogues, Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, Operations) to ensure alignment and accountability across contracting operations

Drive stakeholder engagement, Manage structured engagement for process incidents, change requests, and governance forums with clear outcomes and follow-through

Ensure compliance & communication, Embed Internal Control requirements into process designs and communicate decisions, changes, and outcomes transparently to all stakeholders

Continuous Improvement & Process Performance:

Identify improvement opportunities, Proactively detect process gaps and inefficiencies across the contracting lifecycle

Lead improvement initiatives, Implement process improvements and measure impact through defined KPIs and performance metrics

Maintain documentation & foster excellence, Keep process documentation current, ensure CI lifecycle compliance, and cultivate a culture of process excellence and innovation

CLM Tool Ownership & Level 3 Support:

Own CLM functional expertise, Serve as the process expert for the CLM application, maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials to drive adoption

Bridge process & technology, Resolve complex escalated incidents and collaborate with digital and IT teams to translate process requirements into system capabilities​

About you

Experience:

Candidates should have personally lead or participated in designing and standardizing end-to-end processes and supported system implementation through requirements, testing, rollout and adoption. Experience defining performance frameworks and process governance should also be strongly prioritized. This involve producing process maps, RACIs, SOPs, controls, requirements, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios and KPI definitions (no necessarily all of them).

3– 5   years of experience in a process ownership or process management role within Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or Contract Management

Demonstrated track record of owning and improving end-to-end processes in a global, complex organization

Hands-on experience with S2P or CLM platforms

Experience working within or alongside a Global Process Owner (GPO) framework is a strong plus

Soft and technical skills:

Strong process thinking with the ability to map, analyze, and redesign workflows

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset

Confident communicator and influencer, capable of driving process adoption across diverse, cross-functional stakeholder groups

Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple process streams simultaneously

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity through process definition

Education:

Bachelor's or   Master's degree in Business , Supply Chain Management , Finance,   or a related field

Languages:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

The salary range for this position is :Ft9 120 000,00 - Ft12 160 000 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
