About this opportunity
Own portfolio strategy to maximize business to achieve earnings and revenues objectives and lifecycle management; Assist the Marketing Director to build marketing capabilities of the product management team to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of the business. Define and Drive BU LC TA and Brand Strategy. Interface with global/local functional team as TA portfolio (or big strategic brand) lead.
Responsibilities
LC Portfolio Management
Lead the development of portfolio strategies to optimize the portfolio business, including portfolio plan and LRF, and lifecycle management
Lead the TA growth initiatives
Cross-functional TA leadership – across Field Force, medical, legal, regulatory, etc to get alignment
Interface with global to gain support
Forecast portfolio performance and track progress towards target
Prepare report for internal communication
Organization Effectiveness and People Development
Assist MKT Director to develop effective team structure to support the growth of business
Assist MKT Director to establish competency requirement for marketing position and performance standard for the major market programs
Develop subordinates through coaching and training programs to deliver results
Resource Management
Lead team in the TA portfolio (or big strategic brand) budget planning and control
Allocate and manage in BU portfolio budget and evaluate P&L
Accountable
Lead portfolio strategies and plan
Review and actively contribute to brands plan and A&P allocation
Lead the review of product life cycle management strategy with cross function team.
Review the key Campaigns Development and execution
Lead the OP plan and work with SFE on target, FTE allocation
Interface with global to gain support on relevant TA or brand
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine, Master degree and MBA preferred Proficient oral and written English
7 or above years marketing experience with above 18 months Marketing Manager and people manager experience
