The Position
En Roche Diagnostica buscamos talento de alto nivel, buscamos a nuestro próximo Demand Planner. No es una posición de soporte; es un rol clave en nuestra toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Tu misión: garantizar la alta disponibilidad de nuestros reactivos y consumibles críticos, optimizando al mismo tiempo los objetivos financieros de la compañía.
Sobre Nuestra Oportunidad:
Las principales responsabilidades del role incluyen:
Pronóstico de Demanda de Alta Precisión: Generar estimados junto a Ventas y Marketing analizando tendencias e indicadores como Forecast Accuracy.
Experto en sistemas de ERP: Mantener y optimizar los parámetros de planificación (MRP), Master data.
Estratega de abastecimiento: Comandar la planeación para el consumo de rutina, lanzamientos e instalaciones de equipos para el aseguramiento de la operación continua, así como el control de caducidades, estrategias de desplazamiento.
Optimización y monitoreo: Maximizar los indicadores financieros, operativos, estratégicos con impacto en la organización en impacto con la experiencia al cliente.
Tu perfil:
Dominio avanzado de SAP
Conocimientos profundos de S&OP, Compras y Comercio Exterior.
Inglés avanzado fluido para interactuar con nuestra Red Global a diario.
Experiencia en Planeación de Demanda y Gestión de Materiales dentro de la industria de IVD (dispositivos médicos)
Un APICS (CPIM o CSCP) te hará destacar de inmediato.
