The ASPIRE Data Migration team orchestrates the journey of our global data footprint . We are looking for a highly skilled Data Management & Governance Specialist to execute our end-to-end data migration strategy, ensuring a seamless, accurate, and secure transition from complex legacy systems to our future-state digital backbone .
The Role: What You Will Do
In this enterprise-level position, you will bridge the gap between technical data engineering and strategic business goals . You will navigate complex legacy data structures, manage large-scale data governance platforms, and ensure migrated data perfectly supports global operations .
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Migration Strategy Execution: Lead the design and execution of comprehensive data migration frameworks, policies, and processes to smoothly transition legacy data into the new ERP environment .
Advanced Governance & Compliance: Design, implement, and maintain advanced enterprise-level data governance frameworks that scale across the organization, ensuring robust data compliance practices .
Complex Problem Solving: Tackle highly complex data migration anomalies and discrepancies, performing root-cause analysis to protect the integrity of corporate data .
Data Profiling & Quality: Establish rigorous data quality metrics, validation standards, cleansing routines, and profiling methodologies to ensure a high-fidelity migration .
Target Data Mapping: Analyze convoluted, highly fragmented legacy data architectures and map them cleanly to future-state target ERP data models .
Senior Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a key strategic advisor, liaising directly with senior leadership, functional business owners, and external vendors to align on migration strategy and translate technical data risks into clear business impacts .
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, direct, and mentor junior specialists and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment .

Experience & Background
Extensive Experience: A proven track record of leading full-cycle data migration projects for major ERP platforms and continuously improving complex migration frameworks .
Governance Impact: Demonstrated success spearheading high-impact data governance projects that successfully shape overarching organizational data policies and long-term business strategies .
Matrix Collaboration: Experience working alongside technical teams, business leaders, and external consultants within a global, fast-moving organization .
Technical Skills & Craft
Tooling Expertise: Recognized technical mastery in industry-standard data migration and ETL tools .
Data Cleansing & Profiling: Advanced capabilities in data profiling, structural validation, and complex data cleansing to achieve absolute data hygiene .
Data Modeling: Exceptional ability to deconstruct legacy systems and translate them into clean, structured target configurations .
Leadership & Communication
Executive Presence: Exceptional stakeholder management and advisory skills, comfortable guiding senior executives through governance strategy decisions .
Mentorship Mindset: Strong interpersonal and coaching capabilities, with a dedication to mentoring junior talent and leading cross-functional squads .
