We are seeking a Director International Commercialization Immunology to join our International Immunology team, supporting our international markets business. In this role, you will lead commercialization strategy, geographic expansion, and launch readiness across international markets while collaborating with alliance partners, Global Marketing, Pricing, Market Access, and cross-functional stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

Discover your role:

Develop international commercialization strategies and execution plans across major and mid-sized markets.

Lead geographic expansion activities and establish commercial presence in new markets.

Coordinate launch readiness and commercialization activities with Global Marketing teams.

Guide a matrix network of commercialization leads across international markets.

Act as the regional lead for commercial alliance activities and partner engagement.

Review pricing approaches and commercial business cases with Global Pricing and Market Access.

Represent Regeneron in international meetings, conferences, and public affairs activities.

Build strong partnerships across cultures and functions to drive shared goals.

This role requires:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or equivalent preferred.

12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in regional or international commercialization.

Experience establishing affiliate teams or commercial operations in new international markets.

Knowledge of international legal, regulatory, reimbursement, payer, and pricing environments.

Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams to deliver commercialization outcomes.

Commercial leadership or significant involvement in product and indication launches.

Experience working in strategic partnerships or alliance environments.

Experience with biologics and international forecasting, budgeting, or business case development.

Project management experience and willingness to travel as needed.

Immunology experience preferred, including dermatology, respiratory, or gastroenterology.

Cross-cultural experience, international exposure, or multilingual capabilities preferred.

Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
