Manufacturing and Supply (M&S) is an essential link between R&D and patients whether we talk about the production of active ingredients, the production of drugs & vaccines, the delivery devices or the distribution to customers (wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals). As a Lead DevOps, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation and management of Sanofi's M&S Launches activities, in order to secure and our futures Sanofi new products Launches.

The LEDP Lead DevOps is driving configuration and customization of the platform, determining necessary evolutions of the architecture, data model to address the needs.

Main responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Lead the transition from Solution Architecture to deployment-ready build packages, ensuring technical integrity, completeness, and alignment with overall application architecture

Represent the DevOps function in Design Authority committees, driving sustainable architectural decisions and maximizing Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities to reduce technical debt

Define and own the automation strategy, covering configuration, customization, and interface design to optimize delivery efficiency and platform reliability

Conduct technology watch and evaluate emerging tools and practices to select solutions that maximize business value and accelerate Time-to-Business, evaluating the integration of Artificial Intelligence

CI/CD & Delivery Excellence

Architect and enable end-to-end Continuous Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Testing pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and repeatable delivery cycles

Drive implementation strategy and oversee technical and development activities within scope, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and delivery commitments

Act as a key decision-maker and escalation point for the Scrum Master and delivery team, proactively identifying, unblocking, and resolving technical ambiguities and impediments

Define and implement automation strategy to optimize deployment efficiency, avoid manual interventions, ensure quality, and accelerate release lead time

Documentation & GxP Compliance

Own the completeness and quality of technical specification documentation, including performance requirements, security protocols, integration sequences, and configuration standards

Define and maintain Installation procedures, qualification documentation, traceability records, and quality artifacts in full compliance with GxP regulatory requirements

Platform & Roadmap Contribution

Initiate and drive technical enhancement requests and service improvements, ensuring timely resolution and measurable impact on platform performance

Lead Configuration Management practices, ensuring consistency, version control, and auditability across all managed environments

About You

Minimum Experience & Knowledge Required

Technical Expertise Expertise in PLM, BOM, CAD, Recipe Management and related solutions (Product/Process/System/Requirements/Risks/Verification & Validation etc.)

Deep knowledge in 3DExperience platform in term of Configuration, Customization and Interfaces (API)

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, API design, and system integration patterns

Proven hands-on expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD toolchains, Automation tooling

Experience with configuration management, automated testing frameworks, and release management in complex environments

Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery in Agile/Scrum/Safe environments

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps best practices

Experience producing and owning technical documentation in regulated environments

Proven ability to make and defend architectural and tooling decisions with cross-functional stakeholders

Soft Skills Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align audiences from technical teams to leaders

Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term operational realities

High degree of autonomy, initiative, and ownership in ambiguous or evolving environments

Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Knowledge of GxP compliance requirements and cyber security practices in industrial or enterprise environments

Experience with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing platforms

Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

Agile experience (Scrum, Safe …)

Project management certification (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, PMP, Prince2)

Education & Experience

·            Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

·            7+ years of experience in DevOps, with Demonstrated experience in senior individual contributor or lead roles, driving strategic outcomes across complex digital platforms

Languages

·            Fluent spoken and written English
