The Position
Als Data Scientist (m/w/d) treibst du digitale Innovationen und fortgeschrittene Analysen voran, um die Entwicklung diagnostischer Produkte auf ein neues Level zu heben. Werde Teil eines kollaborativen, zukunftsorientierten R&D-Umfelds, in dem deine Expertise direkt dazu sekundäre, lebensverändernde Lösungen für Patienten:innen weltweit zu schaffen. In dieser dynamischen Rolle schlägst du die Brücke zwischen Biostatistik, Data Science und moderner IT-Infrastruktur. Du entwickelst unsere analytischen Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Core Lab & Near Patient Care kontinuierlich weiter.
Die Chance
Identifiziere Herausforderungen und erstelle innovative, globale Tools sowie automatisierte Lösungen, die die Effizienz und Leistungsfähigkeit in der Biostatistik und Data Science nachhaltig steigern.
Entwickle bestehende Datenmanagement-Systeme, Workflows und Pipelines weiter, um Patienten-, Geräte- und Messdaten nahtlos zu verarbeiten.
Wende eigenständig fortgeschrittene biostatistische Methoden und moderne Data-Science-Techniken an, um komplexe wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen in R&D-Projekten zu lösen.
Treibe den Einsatz innovativer Programmiertechniken und statistischer Standards voran und fördere das kontinuierliche Lernen sowie den Wissenstransfer im Team.
Agiere als wichtige technische Schnittstelle und arbeitet eng mit multidisziplinären Teams aus verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um die Produktentwicklung und Zulassung zu unterstützen.
Wer Du bist
Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master oder vergleichbar) in Data Science, Statistik, Informatik, Datenmanagement oder einem verwandten quantitativen Fachbereich.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in R und SQL in Kombination mit fundiertem Wissen in technischem Datenmanagement, Datentransfer und Datenvisualisierung.
3 bis 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der statistischen Programmierung und Validierung im Industrieumfeld – inklusive Erfahrung im Umgang mit Patienten-, Geräte- oder Messdaten.
Solides Fundament in praxisrelevanten biometrischen und statistischen Verfahren sowie modernen Data-Engineering-Praktiken.
Analytische Denkweise, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine teamorientierte, wertschätzende Arbeitsweise.
Diese Position ist auf zwei Jahre befristet.
