Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:
Be responsible for analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights
Support the development of an annual marketing strategy and plan (product management and marketing activities) for and with the brand team
Translate the brand strategy into tactical plans and go-to-market strategies
Work in close collaboration with Brand team members to ensure efficient implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives
Work with the cross functional brand team members to develop the promotional materials that support our strategies and are in line with EMEA strategy
Be responsible for driving the motivation of the Sales Force on brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings).
Partner with the cross-functional team on initiatives related to the brand
Marketing Communication and Congresses support and operation
Monitor and use Intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends and competitive strategies
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess the return on investment and key performance indicators
Maintain good relationships with key opinion leaders.
Ensure to keep up to date with the developments in the market place.
Represent and live the AMGEN’s values.

Basic Qualifications:
High School and/or University Degree in marketing or a scientific field, or equivalent in experience
A first experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing is an asset
Experience in Medical Devices or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Strong analytical skills in combination with a creative mind
Hands-on & can-do mentality
Office 365 abilities
Knowledge of therapeutic area (Inflammation Dermatology/Rheumatology/Gastro-Enterology/Ophtalmology) is a strong plus
Knowledge of marketing, finance, budgeting procedures & principles
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments at the same time
Proficiency in English with Dutch and/or French as an additional language
Curious mindset & ambition to learn & grow
