As an Associate Director, Solution Design Expert (Advanced Therapies), you will transform complex business needs into innovative Salesforce-based solutions that support CellChain™, Novartis' platform for managing the end-to-end journey of personalized therapies. Working with global stakeholders, you will lead solution design initiatives that are secure, scalable, compliant, and patient-focused, helping deliver breakthrough treatments to patients around the world.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end solution design for Salesforce-based capabilities supporting advanced therapy business processes.Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose technology solutions.Drive scoping assessments and feasibility evaluations to shape project direction and delivery outcomes.Partner with global stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business priorities.Ensure designs deliver exceptional user experiences while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.Champion security, compliance, and quality standards throughout solution design and deployment activities.Collaborate with project, operations, and development teams to plan, review, and support deployments.Essential RequirementsExtensive experience designing and delivering technology solutions for global, large-scale business initiatives.Strong expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, integrations, and enterprise platform capabilities.Proven ability to navigate complexity, adapt to change, and drive successful outcomes.Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud in enterprise environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Bachelor's degree in a business, technology, or related discipline, with fluent English proficiency.Desirable RequirementsSalesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.Benefits & Rewards At Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen.   Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role:  52,400.00 - 97,400.00 EUR  The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.   In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.   The rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
