We are seeking an Associate Director of Enterprise Integration to join our IOPS IT team, defining the integration vision and delivering reliable, scalable, and secure integration capabilities across the enterprise. In this role, you will own the integration platform as a product, establishing governance, setting design principles, and orchestrating work across application and corporate shared service teams, while collaborating with Security, Compliance, Finance, and business stakeholders at all levels. Discover your role:

Define and maintain the technical and architecture strategy for enterprise integration, including roadmaps, tool and technology selection, platforms, patterns, and standards

Establish design principles and leading practices for APIs, architecture, data movement, orchestration, and security; create and maintain an Integration Pattern Decision Framework to guide synchronous vs. asynchronous, batch vs. streaming, and choreography vs. orchestration choices

Serve as Product Owner for the Integration Platform and shared integration services, defining vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics, while maintaining an authoritative Integration Catalog of APIs, events, schemas, SLAs, and ownership

Establish and run governance processes including intake, prioritization, and work management; develop and maintain standard work (SOPs, playbooks, runbooks, and checklists) across the full integration lifecycle

Orchestrate work across application teams and corporate functions including Security, Compliance, and Finance; provide project management oversight across the integration portfolio covering scope, timeline, budget, dependencies, and risk

Identify, prioritize, and remediate integration technical debt; implement practices for reusability, versioning, deprecation, and lifecycle management of integrations

Own integration financials including annual budgeting, forecasting, vendor and software costs, cloud consumption, and chargeback models; measure and communicate ROI, TCO, and value realization of integration investments

Support evaluation and qualification of new technologies through proofs of concept, pilots, and vendor assessments; drive continuous improvement across integration quality and observability

Proven experience with integration platforms such as IBM MQ, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Kafka/Confluent, AWS/GCP integration suites, or similar iPaaS/ESB/API gateway technologies

Strong command of integration patterns including EDA, pub/sub, CQRS, SAGA, and orchestration/choreography; experience with data movement (ETL/ELT) and API lifecycle management

Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI

Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), agile at scale (e.g., SAFe), and ITIL service management practices

Solid understanding of security, compliance, privacy, identity, and data governance as applied to integrations; familiarity with GxP, SOX, and security regulatory requirements preferred

This role requires:

BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field;

Senior Manager: 8+ years in enterprise integration, middleware, or API/platform architecture with 4+ years in leadership roles

Associate Director: 10+ years with 5+ years in leadership roles
