オンコロジー領域において、マーケティングチームの一員として、ブランド価値最大化に向けた各種施策の企画・実行を担当いただきます。営業部門や関連部署と連携しながら、顧客ニーズに応じたプロモーション活動や資材開発を推進いただきます。

グローバルチームおよび社内関連部署と連携した戦略・戦術の展開
MRの活動支援を目的とした各種資材、コンテンツ、ツールの開発
市場動向や顧客ニーズの把握、およびマーケティング活動への反映
がん専門医や関連診療科医師など主要顧客との関係構築支援
営業部門と連携したプロモーション施策の推進
市場機会の特定および課題解決に向けたプロジェクトへの参画
国内外のベストプラクティスの共有および活用
【応募要件】
製薬業界でのマーケティング経験（3年以上）
またはオンコロジー領域におけるMR経験（目安5年以上）
営業・マーケティング施策の企画および実行経験
社内外の関係者と協働し、プロジェクトを推進した経験
データや市場情報を活用した課題分析および改善提案経験
日本語：ネイティブレベル
英語：ビジネスレベル（会議参加、メール対応等）
