The role will involve working closely with Product Owner to maintain a rich product backlog, to guide the development and partner teams to successfully deliver prioritized features, keeping in mind quality and delivery predictability.You will ensure projects are effectively developed, integrated, and deployed with quality and on time delivery.

Main responsibilities:

Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviors

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, continuous delivery and outcome-driven decision-making

Guide sustainable cadence in product development

Bring agility into product discovery and hypothesis validation thinking

Learning from data and taking decisions from it

Support collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholders

Remove impediments for continuous flow and improvement

Coordinate with teams to manage dependencies and remove impediments

Measure success by using standard metrics and drive team efficiency and productivity improvement through data points.

Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to improve the team’s Agile and Scrum maturity

Influence others including those more senior on best practices in Agile and work with other Agile Delivery Leads to increase the effectiveness of the application of Agile/Scrum

Leverage agile tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

About you

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Broad experience working in a variety of Agile environments of different maturities, including product-centric environments and hypothesis-driven development

Experience managing multiple product teams and coordinating work across multiple teams and releases

Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving systemic organizational blockers in Agile environments

Ability to apply systems thinking to improve delivery predictability across multiple teams

Demonstrated experience with Lean practices (Kanban, flow metrics, WIP management, value stream mapping) with a track record of optimizing delivery flow and reducing waste

Intermediate knowledge of Digital Product Management practices (product discovery, OKRs, outcome-driven roadmaps)

Working knowledge of change management principles, with experience driving adoption of new ways of working across teams and organizational boundaries

Competency in applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance organizational goals

Positive leadership skills, with experience in mentoring teams, problem solving and conflict resolution

Advanced facilitation skills, with proven ability to lead workshops and drive alignment across senior stakeholders

Excellent communication skills, with experience in influencing, listening actively and negotiating within a team environment

Ability to influence and lead behavior changes, including with those more senior

Collaborative mindset, with an ability to empathize with colleagues and establish relationships

Self-motivated, highly organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent experience

Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification (CSM, PSM-I)

Technical knowledge of software application development and agile life-cycle methodologies

Experience in delivering technical projects (Data, Application, IT) by managing external vendors

Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using Scrum

Experience in using agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.

Experience in IT Healthcare is a plus

Experience in the e-commerce domain would be a strong asset, as Sanofi is actively growing its B2B eCommerce footprint

The salary range for this position is :€49.600,00 - €74.400,00 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
