POSITION PURPOSE:
The team Veeva Platform within the IT Technology and Engineering area is enabling the Development Business Functions to gain competitive advantage through process and data integration and helping patients with Bayer's products. Our contribution is the provisioning and maintenance of state-of-the-art IT platforms and architecture based on deep business process and technology knowledge. To reach our objectives we collaborate with our colleagues in the Commercial (incl. Medical Affairs) and R&D (Research & Development) domains of Clinical Development & Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management in continuously improving and transforming our solution portfolio
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Veeva Vault Application Manager (m/f/d) to support our team.
The main tasks of the position include:You ensure the operation of Business critical Veeva Vault applications to keep them audit and inspection ready
Close collaboration with international stakeholders within the Business functions
Gaining a thorough understanding about the business processes and specific process and data integration requirements to be able to strategically consult, implement, execute and cross-collaborate
You guarantee regulatory compliance of the solutions
You drive innovation within projects and platform lifecycle management
Supporting Periodic Review Reports Process on Vault related Reports, Vault Configuration settings
Daily Service requests and Incidents
WHO YOU ARE:
University degree in science or information technology, preferably Masters's degree
Significant professional experience in at least one of the supported business functions and several years of experience in IT platform/project/product management and a broad knowledge in the area of consulting
You have a profound knowledge of business processes in Commercial (incl. Medical Affairs) or/and R&D (Research & Development) GxP expertise is required Veeva Platform (Clinical Operations, RIM etc.) expertise is required, Veeva certification (Platform, eTMF, RIM etc.) preferred
You have proven leadership, intercultural and motivational skills to manage a functional IT team and convince stakeholders
A solid economical experience as well as an entrepreneurial behavior is required Strong communication, presentation and decision-making skills distinguish you
You have a passion to experiment and transfer innovative ideas into real solutions Fluent in English, both written and spoken
