Your Key Responsibilities
Sales and Market Strategy
Responsible for planning and executing business plans to achieve sales targets for the Mass Spec product line.
Formulate and execute customized sales strategies for key customers.
Coordinate sales activities in conjunction with clinical chemistry/immunoassay equipment and pioneer new markets for TDM, Vitamin D, and High Medical Value Assays.
Deliver differentiated value by achieving customer retention, expansion, and new acquisition through opportunity identification, solution proposal, and execution.
Customer Management
Build relationships and establish long-term business connections with key decision-makers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
Maximize the value of integrated solutions and customer satisfaction through KAM (Key Account Management).
Utilize specialized knowledge to resolve technical inquiries and provide professional customer support.
Provide necessary support and solutions to customers in a timely manner by collaborating with various organizations such as Marketing, Application Specialist, Service Engineer, and Medical Affairs.
Collaboration and Accountability
Drive business success through close cooperation with relevant departments (Marketing, Finance, Service, etc.).
Enhance overall diagnostic business performance through collaboration with other business units, including the Digital Business Unit, Molecular Diagnostics Business Unit, and Automation-related departments.
Responsible for sales forecasting, contract management, and sales reporting.
Competency Development
Practice continuous learning and internal sharing of Mass Spec technology, market trends, and competitor information.
Strengthen expertise in automation systems, LC-MS/MS analysis principles, and Total laboratory automation integration technology.
Continuously develop sales competencies (negotiation, strategic thinking, communication).
Who You Are
Education and Experience
Major in a related field such as Life Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Clinical Chemistry
5+ years of experience in the diagnostics, biotech, life science instruments, or analytical equipment sectors
Required and Preferred Experience
Sales experience with LC-MS/MS or Mass Spec equipment portfolio
Experience with LC-MS/MS reagent application (overall operation)
Experience and understanding of clinical application of High Medical Value Assays, Vitamin D, Immunosuppressants, etc
Understanding of the central laboratory operating environment, including Clinical Laboratory Automation Workflow, Laboratory Information System/Total laboratory automation, Clinical Chemistry/Immunoassay, or CBC
Essential in English for technical communication and information sharing with Global/APAC teams
Native-level proficiency in Korean is required

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
